Blakes 7: The finale where everyone dies

It's 1981 and one of the most popular UK sci-fi shows of recent years comes to a close at the end of its final series. After four years, Blakes 7 went out with a bang - literally - as every one of the central characters is shot to death and everything... or are they?!
